Growing up shy and introverted, Maile knows the nervous pains of feeling alone in a room full of people.
Touring the country dancing in a performing arts group during college, Maile gained the confidence and experience to boldly walk into a stadium and connect with an audience with her team by her side.
Maile discovered that having a team works in business too! Her burning desire is to help business owners experience the confidence that comes with having a team who believes in them by their side, so they never feel alone in their business.
